How Long Will It Take For My Order to Arrive?
Your order is placed directly to our Global Merchants or Manufacture in those Countries as soon as the payment has cleared. In some Circumstances your orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive, but most of the time this is sooner. We are working on an automated tracking system for our company to have up and running in the near future. In the rare case that your order does not show up in that time frame, get in Contact with Us so we can start working on it.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated in the checkout page when you fill out your details. We offer our Ground Shipping from $4.95 and a handling fee at $5.00 it goes up depending on how many Items you add to your cart. International Shipping is calculated at the checkout, international orders are from $24.95 and of cause you can get FREE Shipping on Promotions and Coupons when you sign up for membership at Thunda Deals.
How Do I Track My Order?
We send you a tracking number via email when you place your order with us. Some of our global partners do not provide tracking numbers, but if they do then you will be contacted with it. For orders within North America, when your product hits US soil we will be providing you with a unique USPS tracking number that you can use to track your shipment. Where is My Confirmation Email?
Thunda Deals automatically sends you a confirmation email about the details of your orders and the estimated delivery date. If you did not receive one, don't worry you can try these steps first:

Check your Paypal transaction history

Can I Send My Order as a Gift?
ABSOLUTELY! Simply fill in the recipient's name and address in the shipping information field and we will do the rest.
Where is My Receipt?
Your Thunda Deals invoice is sent to you via email, this will serve as your receipt when you make an order. Or, you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order history.
What are Campaigns?
Campaigns are limited edition products sold for a specific amount of time, and will only be available for ordering until that time frame is finished unless you are a member of Thunda Deals. Which we have a few surprisers lined up each month.

We don't want to give you more hassles. When there is a mistake on our part, we simply send you the right merchandise without asking you to return the wrong item you've received. You wont have to spend anything that includes the shipping as well, it's all on us! You just can't send the product back because you don't like it anymore, that is a no no...
