Returns Policy

RETURNS:

Satisfaction Guaranteed:
Return any new or unused product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, if Thunda Deals are at fault we will pay for the return shipping.

Conditions:
Thunda Deals must be notified by email within the time frame of 72 hours of you receiving your product that you intend to return the product for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. No exceptions are granted.

Important:
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will not be refunded. You need to get in contact with us first at so we can start the process, you will be emailed with instructions when we get your return email.

EXCHANGES:
We only replace Products if they are defective by the manufacturer or damaged by the manufacturer. If you need to exchange it or for the same item or want to get a refund contact us within 72 hours. Thunda Deals will not be held liable for damage during shipping/posting.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
Items must be unused in the same condition that you received it, NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, in the original packaging and in good condition when we receive it back. To complete your return, we require the original receipt or packing slip for proof of purchase. Thunda Deals will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during transportation of returned item/s.

ITEMS OPENED AND USED: 
Includes anything that you ordered from our site. Packaging and Products that have been worn or damaged, scratched, used, ripped or altered in anyway will not be accepted for return or exchange. If your product is just being returned for no reason or you have not got in contact with us within 72 hours your product will not be refunded.

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund within the time frame as above, First check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. 

SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

SHIPPING:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.) If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Thunda Deals will not be held liable for inaccuracies.
